Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced remote and on-site support for server, network, and cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier 2 escalations regarding system performance, connectivity, and hardware issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance, security updates, and configuration patches across client environments.
- Execute complex deployments and migrations involving Microsoft 365, Azure, or hybrid environments.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and support resolutions in the Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate with Level 1 engineers to provide technical guidance and assist with incident resolution.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential points of failure to ensure maximum uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Systems Administration or Managed Services (MSP) environment.
- Deep understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management.
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and Firewalls).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or Azure Administrator Associate) are highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex hardware and software issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle client-facing communications.
