In this critical role, you will be the primary administrator for our complex Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance of our enterprise communication and collaboration services.
As a Level III engineer, you will serve as a subject matter expert, handling complex escalations and driving continuous improvement in our cloud infrastructure. You will work within a mid-shift rotation, collaborating with international teams to maintain seamless system operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, manage, and optimize enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive).
- Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex system issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including Conditional Access, Identity Management, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or Microsoft Graph API to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and mitigating potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support large-scale migration and integration projects.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and disaster recovery procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems administration with a heavy focus on Microsoft Cloud environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise identity management (Azure AD/Entra ID).
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- In-depth understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and cloud security best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical issues in an enterprise environment.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred.
