Are you an experienced Systems Engineer seeking a challenging opportunity to manage enterprise-grade infrastructure? Talento Meld Pte Ltd is currently looking for a skilled professional to oversee our critical IT environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of our Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring system availability, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in storage management and backup solutions, working collaboratively to deliver seamless IT operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain enterprise server environments running Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Implement and manage robust backup solutions and storage systems to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
- Monitor system performance, health, and security to prevent downtime and address vulnerabilities proactively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to storage configurations, networking, and OS-level operations.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy updates, patches, and new infrastructure components.
- Ensure strict compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and backup strategies.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic network troubleshooting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a contract capacity.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., MCSE, RHCE) are highly preferred.
