You'll work in a 12-hour rotating shift environment, ensuring continuous uptime through proactive monitoring, rapid issue resolution, and exceptional client support. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 system infrastructure to ensure operational continuity
- Provide immediate technical support and troubleshooting for system failures
- Execute scheduled maintenance, backups, and security updates
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes meticulously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system upgrades
- Adhere to strict SLAs for incident response and resolution
- Participate in rotational standby duties for emergency support
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean citizen with Diploma in IT or related field
- Experience in system administration and network operations
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and virtualization
- Ability to work effectively in 12-hour rotating shifts
- Strong problem-solving and client communication skills
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices preferred
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification advantageous
