In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that our systems align perfectly with the strategic vision of the Chief Information Officer.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end systems implementation projects from conception to final delivery.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and system requirements.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and system integrators.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all implemented systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to minimize system downtime.
- Train internal staff and stakeholders on new system functionalities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Systems Implementation Lead or IT Management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in ERP systems, cloud solutions, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
