Join Optum as a Systems Management Consultant and take charge of our enterprise IT landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions using MECM, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Windows OS deployment, including image creation, provisioning packages, and zero-touch deployment (UUP).
- Manage patch management lifecycles to ensure all endpoints remain secure and compliant with corporate security policies.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint management issues and provide expert guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine IT tasks, such as software distribution and inventory reporting.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to align endpoint management strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Monitor system health and analyze logs to proactively identify and resolve potential system failures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and SCCM.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for modern device management.
- Experience with Altiris or similar legacy management tools is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of Windows operating systems, Group Policies (GPO), and registry management.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
