Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data integrity.
- Perform regular server maintenance and updates.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff or end-users.
- Conduct network audits and capacity planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Engineer (Level 2 and above).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
