Sipef Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Systems & Network Infra Senior Engineer to join our growing team. In this key role, you will own the technical engagement to facilitate the successful delivery of services and solutions that meet agreed requirements and outcomes. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures while ensuring high availability and security.
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing complex network environments, troubleshooting critical issues, and optimizing system performance. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical requirements and business goals. We offer a competitive salary package of $8,000 – $9,200 per month and a collaborative work environment in Serangoon.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable network infrastructure and systems.
- Own the technical engagement to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex network issues efficiently.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect organizational data and assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and performance tuning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Systems and Network Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking hardware and protocols.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
