Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a primary point of contact for the '1-Stop-Shop' support desk to resolve complex system issues and process inquiries.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize existing workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Lead the onboarding and adoption strategy for new technology rollouts across regional departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to troubleshoot and maintain system integrity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance metrics and provide actionable insights for process optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to boost user proficiency and system utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration, process management, or operational support.
- Proven track record of managing system adoption and change management initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in enterprise software, CRM, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework or similar process improvement methodologies.
