PERSOL, a premier HR solutions and engineering services company in Asia, is seeking an experienced Systems Testing & Site Coordination Engineer to join our expanding team in the Central Region. This role involves managing all aspects of site coordination and systems testing for high-profile projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that installations, integrations, and testing procedures meet the highest quality and safety benchmarks.
As a key member of the project team, you will coordinate daily site activities, supervise installation and commissioning works, liaise with contractors and government agencies, and resolve any technical issues swiftly. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure project milestones are achieved without compromising safety or quality. You will also contribute to risk assessments, method statements, and documentation control.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field) and at least 3 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of local safety standards (e.g., MOM, WSH) and excellent stakeholder management skills are necessary. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and use of testing instruments is expected. Professional certifications (e.g., LEW, SISE) will be an advantage.

- Coordinate and oversee all site activities related to systems testing and installation
- Supervise engineering teams during system integration and commissioning
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., MOM, WSH)
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies for project approvals and inspections
- Identify and resolve technical issues and on-site discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements
- Manage project schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems testing and site coordination
- Strong knowledge of industry safety codes and standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- Hands-on experience with testing equipment and diagnostic tools
- Professional certifications in safety (e.g., LEW, WSH) preferred
