PMX Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineer/Manager to join our dynamic team in Malaysia's premier tech hubs, Cyberjaya and Johor. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end commissioning process of sophisticated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. You will bridge the gap between construction and operations, ensuring that every critical componentâfrom high-voltage switchgear to advanced cooling systemsâmeets the rigorous standards required for Tier III and Tier IV data center environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for mission-critical data center infrastructure.
- Develop, review, and approve comprehensive T&C plans, scripts, and schedules (Level 1 to Level 5).
- Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for critical equipment including UPS, Generators, and Chillers.
- Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify, document, and manage the resolution of technical issues and deficiencies discovered during the commissioning process.
- Ensure all commissioning activities strictly adhere to safety protocols and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, Uptime Institute).
- Manage the transition and formal handover of facilities from the construction phase to the facility management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related MEP discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in Testing & Commissioning, specifically within critical facilities.
- Proven track record working in Data Center environments or large-scale industrial projects.
- Deep understanding of L1-L5 commissioning methodologies and integrated systems testing (IST).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and vendors.
- Excellent technical reporting, documentation, and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work at project sites in either Cyberjaya or Johor as required by project demands.
