Are you an experienced Testing & Commissioning (T&C) professional with a passion for high-stakes Data Center construction? We are seeking a highly skilled T&C Manager (Electrical & Mechanical) to join a prestigious team for critical infrastructure projects across Johor and Negeri Sembilan. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead technical commissioning phases, ensuring that complex M&E systems meet the highest standards of reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will act as the technical authority on-site, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the transition from construction to operation, identifying potential system bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless integration of all M&E components. We are looking for a visionary leader with a solid background in engineering who can navigate high-pressure environments while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for Electrical and Mechanical systems within large-scale data center projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, scripts, and procedures in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, Uptime Institute).
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, design engineers, and site managers to resolve technical discrepancies during the T&C phase.
- Conduct rigorous site inspections, functional performance testing (FPT), and integrated systems testing (IST).
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with electrical distribution, HVAC cooling systems, and backup power configurations.
- Ensure all documentation, including test reports and O&M manuals, are accurately prepared and handed over to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers on site regarding commissioning best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in Testing & Commissioning, specifically within Data Center construction or large-scale industrial M&E projects.
- Strong working knowledge of critical power systems (UPS, Generators, Switchgear) and complex cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH).
- Proven ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, design drawings, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site project teams.
- Relevant professional certifications or memberships (e.g., BEM, IEM) are highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel and be based across Johor and Negeri Sembilan as required by project milestones.
