As a Dealer, you will be the face of our casino floor, responsible for delivering a thrilling and fair gaming experience to our high-profile clientele.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate casino table games in accordance with established gaming regulations and house rules.
- Ensure accuracy in dealing cards, calculating bets, and exchanging currency and chips.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all players.
- Monitor the gaming table for irregularities or suspicious behavior and report them immediately.
- Keep the gaming area clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and cash floats with the highest level of integrity and security.
- Assist in training new dealers and maintaining knowledge of game variants and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a casino dealer is preferred.
- Certification in dealing table games (e.g., Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) is a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to perform mental calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and a fluent command of English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
