Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor pool areas and recreational facilities to ensure guest safety and compliance with safety protocols
- Enforce establishment rules regarding pool usage, swim attire, and conduct
- Respond promptly to emergencies, administer first aid, and coordinate with emergency services
- Conduct regular safety equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide directions to facilities
- Maintain clean and organized security zones and surrounding areas
- Collaborate with lifeguards and hospitality staff for seamless operations
- Document incident reports and maintain security logs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain alert for extended periods
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in security, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and stand/walk for prolonged periods
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills advantageous
- Valid identification and willingness to undergo background checks
