Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of Tailings Storage Facilities (TSF) to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor tailings dam stability, water levels, and performance indicators to prevent environmental incidents.
- Ensure strict compliance with national environmental regulations and company safety protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical and operational staff.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits of tailings infrastructure.
- Prepare and review technical reports, daily logs, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with the Environmental and HSE teams to implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tailings management or mining operations supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong understanding of tailings design, construction, and management principles.
- Professional certification in KKNI Level 3 or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in remote field locations and under pressure.
- Proficient in using engineering software and data analysis tools.
