Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer Takaful financial planning solutions.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis for clients to recommend appropriate plans.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest Takaful products and market trends.
- Prepare and submit accurate proposal documentation according to company guidelines.
- Participate in regular team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance performance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree holder in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Malay and/or English.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Possess a genuine interest in financial planning and community development.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is considered an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with field work and client outreach activities.
