Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate Takaful products.
- Provide expert advice on risk management and financial protection strategies.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and product innovations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Ensure all documentation and applications adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Represent the SAFt brand with integrity and professionalism in the Kota Bharu community.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
