Tanggung Jawab
- Present and explain Takaful insurance products to potential clients in Johor Bahru and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their protection needs
- Conduct follow-up consultations and provide excellent post-sale service
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining quality customer interactions
- Stay updated on Takaful products, features, and Islamic finance principles
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation per regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
