Tanggung Jawab
- Advise clients on Takaful products and services that best meet their needs
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the Takaful process
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new product offerings
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
Kualifikasi
- Relevant experience in sales, insurance, or financial services preferred
- Knowledge of Takaful principles and Islamic finance concepts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Valid certification in Takaful or willingness to obtain necessary qualifications
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
