NCS Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talend Developer to join our dynamic Data Engineering team. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend Data Integration/Big Data.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support data transformation tasks.
- Collaborate with data architects to define data models and integration patterns.
- Implement data quality frameworks, error handling, and monitoring to ensure high data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in data integration jobs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT for data migration and integration projects.
- Document technical designs, mapping specifications, and operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ETL development specifically using Talend.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
- Experience working with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) or Cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and star/snowflake schema designs.
- Experience with job scheduling tools and version control systems like Git.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
