Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-potential candidates.
- Utilize various platforms and social media channels to build a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
- Conduct initial phone and face-to-face interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate job fairs and recruitment events to enhance the company's employer branding.
- Maintain an organized and accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
- Provide candidates with a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and streamline the selection process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within a BPO or customer service environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using various digital recruitment tools.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed recruitment KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build relationships with diverse candidates.
