You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while spearheading innovative employer branding initiatives. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to facilitate seamless communication with our international stakeholders and talent pool. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and implement employer branding campaigns to increase visibility and attraction in the local and regional markets.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between talent needs and business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment channels and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Trust Recruit at industry events, job fairs, and professional networking platforms.
- Provide Mandarin-to-Indonesian translation for internal HR communications and cross-border team coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in Employer Branding.
- Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5 or above or native-level) is strictly required.
- Strong expertise in digital recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian labor market and employment regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced work environment.
