Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for building high-performing teams and ensuring harmonious workplace relations? Binajasa Abadikarya is currently seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition & Industrial Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta.

In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our organizational goals and our workforce. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, while simultaneously managing complex industrial relations matters to ensure compliance and a healthy corporate culture. As part of our HR team, you will contribute directly to our operational success by ensuring our workforce is not only skilled but also supported by robust regulatory frameworks. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Implement effective employer branding strategies to attract diverse talent in a competitive market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for industrial relations, ensuring company policies align with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with legal requirements and company SOPs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Mediate workplace conflicts and provide guidance to management regarding labor regulations to minimize legal risks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Recruitment, Industrial Relations, or a generalist HR capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Law (UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 and related regulations, including Omnibus Law).
  • Proven track record in managing HR administrative processes and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
