We are currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager/Sr. Manager specializing in Clinical and Healthcare recruitment to lead our hiring initiatives in the Philippines.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans tailored to our clinical and healthcare divisions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and implement innovative sourcing strategies that attract top-tier healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and compliance in all recruitment processes. You will leverage your deep understanding of the healthcare industry to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates into enthusiastic team members.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies specifically for clinical and healthcare positions across all levels
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and forecast recruitment requirements
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate identification through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and industry organizations to establish a robust talent pipeline
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members to enhance overall team performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Proven expertise in recruiting for clinical, healthcare, or medical-related positions
- Strong background in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent command of English language with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working in BPO, healthcare IT, or technology-driven healthcare organizations is highly preferred
