Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for regional Sales teams, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- Execute local sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific sales roles and requirements.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to maximize outreach.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; relevant HR or Recruitment certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a target-driven setting.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and hiring practices in Sumatera Selatan is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-growing company.
