Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Talent Acquisition team to achieve departmental and organizational hiring targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for all levels, from entry-level to senior management positions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide expert guidance on talent availability and market trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive networking, digital sourcing, and university collaborations.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to position Indo Bharat Rayon as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment, ideally within a manufacturing or multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and modern HR recruitment practices.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional social media platforms for sourcing.
