Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data reporting and compliance.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and provide talent market insights to stakeholders.
- Support HR initiatives and employer branding activities to position Lamudi as an employer of choice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or high-volume recruitment, preferably within a tech or startup environment.
- Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and experience using various ATS platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data to drive improvements.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
