Join Pangansari Utama's dynamic HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist! We're seeking a proactive professional to drive our end-to-end recruitment process. You'll be instrumental in sourcing top talent, conducting thorough screenings, managing interview processes, extending compelling offers, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands Jakarta's competitive talent landscape and can build strong employer branding initiatives. You'll collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs while maintaining positive candidate relationships throughout the recruitment journey.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for key positions
- Conduct structured interviews and competency assessments
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations
- Optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Coordinate with hiring managers to align recruitment goals
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in Jakarta market
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
- Proven track record in end-to-end hiring processes
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
