As part of our HR team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final onboarding. We are looking for an individual who is not only skilled in identifying high-potential candidates but also adept at managing stakeholder expectations and streamlining hiring processes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on talent market trends.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized database of all applicant information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance PT INTI POWER ABADI's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software.
