Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on talent market trends.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of all applicant information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance PT INTI POWER ABADI's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software.
