PT Yadea Manufaktur Kendaraan Listrik is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our rapidly expanding EV manufacturing team in Cikarang. As a key player in our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for attracting top-tier talent to drive our innovation in electric vehicle technology.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives to position Yadea as an employer of choice.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using job portals, social media, and professional networking tools for active headhunting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English is a significant advantage.
