Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and design targeted development interventions.
- Lead and manage end-to-end performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate training workshops and learning programs to enhance employee capabilities and soft skills.
- Design and implement succession planning frameworks to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Analyze performance data and HR metrics to provide actionable insights for organizational growth.
- Drive organizational development (OD) initiatives that support culture-building and employee engagement.
- Provide coaching and consultation to department managers on talent retention strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
- Strong understanding of performance management systems and competency mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS platforms.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
