Are you passionate about human capital and organizational growth? Global Digital Niaga is seeking a motivated Talent Growth Intern to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support our learning, leadership, and talent development initiatives designed to help employees thrive and succeed in a competitive digital landscape. You will play a key role in shaping our internal culture by assisting in the creation of development programs that drive professional excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development. You will work closely with the Talent Management team to identify learning gaps, coordinate leadership workshops, and manage projects that foster a continuous learning environment. If you are eager to combine your analytical skills with a passion for people development, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of internal training sessions and leadership workshops.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Conduct research on industry trends in talent development to propose innovative learning solutions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate development interventions.
  • Create engaging content for internal communication channels regarding career growth and learning opportunities.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of learning programs and intern engagement metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated passion for learning management systems (LMS), talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS software.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
