As our Talent Manager, you will manage the end-to-end talent lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational growth targets.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing high-potential candidates.
- Design and implement performance coaching programs to enhance employee productivity and career progression.
- Formulate retention strategies to reduce turnover and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure talent alignment with business goals.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and improve recruitment efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management or Recruitment, preferably within a creative agency or media industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and employees.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
