As our Talent Manager, you will manage the end-to-end talent lifecycle. From crafting compelling employer branding narratives to executing rigorous recruitment campaigns, your efforts will define the caliber of talent joining our team. You will also lead professional development programs, ensuring our employees are equipped with the skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational growth targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing high-potential candidates.
  • Design and implement performance coaching programs to enhance employee productivity and career progression.
  • Formulate retention strategies to reduce turnover and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure talent alignment with business goals.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and improve recruitment efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management or Recruitment, preferably within a creative agency or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and employees.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
  • A passion for creative industries and a desire to build world-class teams.
