In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our talents and our streaming operations, ensuring that every broadcast is executed with precision, creativity, and high audience engagement.
As our Talent Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our content creators—from scheduling and performance analysis to strategic development. You will play a crucial role in cultivating talent growth, optimizing stream metrics, and refining content concepts to ensure SOP Media Indonesia remains at the forefront of the digital streaming landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations and scheduling for a diverse group of streaming talents.
- Monitor and analyze streaming performance metrics to provide actionable insights for growth.
- Coordinate live streaming sessions, ensuring technical and creative standards are met.
- Develop and refine creative concepts for streaming content to increase viewer retention and engagement.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to talents to enhance their presentation skills.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and production teams to align talent output with company goals.
- Handle conflict resolution and ensure a positive, productive working environment for all creators.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Talent Management, Social Media, or Broadcast/Live Streaming.
- Strong understanding of live streaming platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) and current digital trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with creators.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple schedules under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into strategic content plans.
- Proactive problem-solver with a high level of adaptability to changing industry trends.
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
