Tanggung Jawab
- Support the daily administrative operations of Sparks Music head office.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of music curriculum standards.
- Provide operational support to branch locations to ensure consistent quality.
- Manage inquiries, student relations, and enrollment processes for new programs.
- Contribute to marketing and outreach initiatives to grow the Sparks Music community.
- Maintain data records and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven passion for music education and creative learning environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience in retail, education management, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Proficient in office productivity software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
