Your responsibilities will go beyond simple screening; you will be involved in market research to understand industry trends and building a robust talent pipeline. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of CVs and profiles to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress.
- Assist in coordinating and conducting interview sessions with prospective candidates.
- Perform market research to identify industry trends and talent pools relevant to our business needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Engage with potential candidates on professional networks to promote Eraya as an employer of choice.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for connecting with people.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate HR software.
