Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections of industrial storage tanks
- Analyze corrosion rates, wall thickness, and structural integrity using ultrasonic and magnetic particle techniques
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Ensure compliance with API 653, ASME, and Singaporean regulatory standards
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Document inspection data using digital reporting systems for audit compliance
- Stay updated on emerging inspection technologies and regulatory updates
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Certification in API 653 Tank Inspection or equivalent NDT certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial tank surveying or inspection
- Proficiency in ultrasonic thickness gauging, magnetic particle testing, and visual inspection
- Strong understanding of corrosion mechanisms and material science
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Excellent written communication skills for reporting and documentation
