Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for field operations and customer engagement? Blue Gas Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Task Force member to join our dynamic team in the Sleman and Yogyakarta area. In this role, you will be the face of our company, driving the 'Program Peduli Pelanggan' (Customer Care Program) to ensure our users receive the best service and support for their gas appliances.
As a Task Force member, you will operate directly in the field, representing the Blue Gas brand through professionalism, reliability, and excellent technical support. This position is ideal for those who enjoy mobility, direct customer interaction, and contributing to the growth and reputation of a leading household energy provider.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the 'Program Peduli Pelanggan' (Customer Care Program) in the designated areas of Pemalang and Yogyakarta.
- Perform routine field visits to ensure customer satisfaction and safety standards are met.
- Conduct basic technical inspections and maintenance demonstrations for Blue Gas products.
- Report daily field activities, customer feedback, and service reports to the Area Coordinator.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation while interacting with customers.
- Identify potential opportunities for service improvement and report them to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols during all site visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid motor vehicle license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers.
- Resilient, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned coverage area (Pemalang & Yogyakarta).
- Basic technical aptitude and an interest in home appliance maintenance.
- Familiarity with the local geography of Yogyakarta and surrounding areas is a significant advantage.
