Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and manage daily product stock levels to meet sales targets effectively.
- Execute product distribution strategies to ensure optimal inventory availability at all outlets.
- Coordinate closely with the Area Supervisor to align daily activities with regional sales objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor stock movement and competitor activities.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance and inventory status.
- Identify potential opportunities to increase product visibility and market share within the assigned territory.
- Maintain high standards of operational compliance and professional conduct in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in FMCG or Retail is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Bangkalan region.
- Proficiency in basic data reporting and mobile applications.
