Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and manage daily product stock levels to ensure alignment with sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor product availability and display standards at retail outlets.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Sales Supervisor regarding market trends, stock replenishment, and operational hurdles.
- Execute product distribution strategies to optimize reach in the Jayapura territory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, sales data, and field activities.
- Identify and report competitive activities to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or general trade distribution is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with supervisors.
- Must be based in or willing to work extensively in the Jayapura region.
- Disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and personal transportation.
