Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including monthly VAT (PPN) and income tax (PPh 21, 23, 25) filings.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements for management review.
- Reconcile bank accounts and internal financial records to ensure high data integrity.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities regarding company tax audits and reporting requirements.
- Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation and tax records for legal compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or taxation, preferably within a construction or engineering firm.
- Deep understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and current Indonesian tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
