Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end tax compliance, including monthly/annual corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax filings.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accuracy in general ledger entries and financial closing processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external tax auditors and ensure readiness for any tax-related investigations.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for management, supporting cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure full adherence to local and international financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing documentation requirements.
- Support the Finance Manager in budget preparation, cash flow management, and monthly performance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in tax and accounting, preferably in a multinational company or a top-tier consulting firm.
- Must hold a valid Brevet A & B certificate.
- Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations and E-Faktur/E-Bupot systems.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
