Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, PPN, and PPh Final) accurately and on time.
- Reconcile fiscal and commercial financial statements to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and documentation for tax reporting purposes.
- Manage the E-Faktur and E-Bupot systems to ensure all electronic tax invoices are correctly processed.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Indonesian tax laws and provide recommendations to management.
- Assist in the preparation of tax audits and resolve any discrepancies with tax authorities.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready tax documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in tax accounting or corporate tax compliance.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Undang-Undang Perpajakan).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict filing deadlines.
- Good command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
