ITG Pointer Resources Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Tax & Accounting Specialist to join our expanding team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations while bridging communication gaps with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
You will work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting, tax filings, and ledger maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle end-to-end tax processes including PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN filings.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Maintain seamless communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding financial reporting.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions with high accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in tax and general accounting.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and E-Faktur.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
