In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial health by ensuring rigorous compliance with local tax regulations, managing reconciliation processes, and providing essential support for internal and external audits.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT/PPN) in compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Execute accurate bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure alignment with financial records.
- Maintain comprehensive financial documentation and assist in the preparation of management reports.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors, providing necessary data and documentation for review.
- Monitor and update tax regulations to ensure the company remains compliant with the latest government mandates.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline month-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in tax administration and general accounting.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
