PT. Kencana Metal Industri, a prominent leader in the manufacturing sector along with its affiliated sister companies, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Accounting Staff to join our finance team in Percut Sei Tuan. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) accurately and on time.
- Reconcile tax accounts and ensure all financial data complies with the latest government regulations (UU Perpajakan).
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary financial documentation for tax audit purposes.
- Monitor and update the company’s tax database to ensure completeness of documentation (E-Faktur, E-Bupot).
- Assist in the preparation of annual corporate income tax returns (SPT Tahunan Badan).
- Stay updated on changes in Indonesian tax laws and provide insights to management regarding potential tax impacts.
- Support the finance department in general accounting tasks and end-of-month closing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a tax or accounting role; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Proficient in using tax software (E-Faktur, E-Bupot) and Microsoft Excel.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict filing deadlines.
- Domiciled in or willing to work in the Percut Sei Tuan area, Sumatera Utara.
