PT Feige Indonesia Consultant is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax and Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic professional team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will lead our tax advisory functions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations while providing strategic financial solutions for our diverse portfolio of clients.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage complex accounting workflows, interpret changing fiscal policies, and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to drive business efficiency. Given our international client base, proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is highly preferred to facilitate seamless communication and business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting and tax reporting processes for corporate clients.
- Lead and mentor the tax advisory team to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, PPN, etc.).
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize client financial positions.
- Coordinate with tax authorities and external auditors during inspections or consultations.
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
- Stay current with evolving Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tax and accounting, preferably in a consulting firm.
- Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is highly preferred and will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
