Join Boost Juice as a Tax Assistant Manager and become a key player in our dynamic retail F&B operations. In this critical role, you'll oversee the entire tax lifecycle, ensuring accurate reporting, strategic tax planning, and full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tax reporting and filing for retail F&B operations
- Ensure compliance with VAT, income tax, and other relevant tax regulations
- Lead tax audits and coordinate with external tax authorities
- Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies aligned with business objectives
- Prepare tax returns, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies
- Train finance teams on tax compliance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation
- 5+ years tax experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Experience in retail/F&B industry highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and Excel
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, CPA) required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
