Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for fiscal accuracy and regulatory excellence? Pinkdose Wholesale is currently seeking a highly motivated Tax & Compliance Staff to join our growing finance team in Jakarta Barat.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for streamlining our tax administration processes, ensuring timely statutory reporting, and acting as a primary internal advisor on evolving Indonesian tax regulations. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient in accounting software but also proactive in identifying compliance risks before they become challenges.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the company's daily tax administration and documentation processes.
- Prepare and file accurate monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all financial transactions are properly documented for tax audit purposes.
- Monitor and update the company on changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
- Reconcile tax accounts and perform periodic audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and provide data for external tax audits or consultations.
- Maintain effective communication with tax authorities (DJP) when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in tax administration or general accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian taxation laws (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Possession of Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
