You will be responsible for overseeing all tax planning, reporting, and advisory functions, acting as the primary liaison during tax audits and working closely with senior management to optimize our corporate tax position. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate tax strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all corporate tax returns (CIT, VAT, WHT) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Lead and manage the tax department, providing mentorship, goal setting, and professional development for staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tax authorities, managing audits, inquiries, and tax-related disputes efficiently.
- Perform regular tax health checks and internal audits to mitigate operational and fiscal risks.
- Analyze changes in tax laws and provide expert advice to the Board and senior management regarding potential business impacts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate accounting of tax provisions and deferred tax liabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate tax, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Strong expertise in Indonesian Taxation Law, including PPh, PPN, and international tax treaties.
- Possess a valid Brevet A/B/C certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Proven track record in handling tax audits and dealing effectively with tax authorities (DJP).
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in tax reporting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
